Grants + Awards

The Board of Bendigo Tourism Inc allocates a limited amount of its funds each year to assist the generation of new, creative and innovative projects, and acknowledge outstanding contributions to the industry.

2018 – Tourism Grants Program

The second round of Grants for 2018  are now open, and close 15 November.

The Bendigo Tourism Board Grants program is aimed at assisting groups or businesses looking to introduce innovative projects which have the potential to increase visitation to the Bendigo Region.

Grants are available up to the amount of $5,000 for projects demonstrating innovation and that have potential to attract visitors to the city, with particular attention being paid to those that encourage visitors to stay the night.

Whilst Bendigo Tourism members will be given preference when awarding funding, non-members are encouraged to apply if they think they have a project that fits the bill.

Successful applicants for the first round of 2018 Grants were:
– Bendigo Heritage Attractions
– Bendigo Winegrowers Association
– The Great Stupa
– Bendigo City Junior Soccer Tournament
– Bendigo VIP Tours
– Bridgeward Olive Grove
– Mister Grimsby Coffee
