Renew your Bendigo Tourism membership

The Bendigo Tourism Board, in partnership with the Bendigo Tourism team, has worked intently over the past 12 months to engage with industry, review recovery trends, re-forecast budgets and build new options into our 2022-2023 membership offer.

Our key goals have been to ensure that every business can find value in being part of our membership, that the inclusions are what you have asked for and need, and that financially, as many operators as possible can have access.

We hope that your membership in 2022-2023 will significantly support you to navigate the bumpy road to recovery, bringing you new opportunities, new skills and more support.

How to Renew

You have been sent a membership renewal invoice that has aligned your current membership level with our brand new membership options. Please follow the steps below to complete your renewal.


Step 1: Review the automatic invoice renewal that has been emailed to you, to see your current membership level. Explore new 2022-2023 Bendigo Tourism Membership options, and choose to either stay at the previous year’s level as invoiced or change to a different offering.

Step 2: Log in to this site using your past member log-in information and update any outdated information about you and your business. Then, from the membership options, click renew, choose the correct membership level, and add it to your shopping cart.

Step 3: If you have changed your membership level from the one stated on your invoice, we will issue you a new invoice in the following days, ready for payment (This is not an auto-generated invoice, instead it will be provided by our accounts team).

Step 4: All payment terms, due dates, and options are listed on your invoice. If you want to pay by credit card, open your invoice and click on Pay Now to make an instant payment.

HTD Members receive a 30% discount on our Standard, Standard-PLUS, and Premium level membership when you join Bendigo Tourism. Simply choose the best business category for you, and apply the Heathcote discount. 

We have options for our regional friends too.  Brand new in 2022-2023, if your business is outside of the Greater Bendigo local government area, it’s even easier to join with us and leverage benefits from our broader regional visitation.

Am I eligible to become a member of Bendigo Tourism?

Any business or individual who operates in the City of Greater Bendigo Bendigo municipality is eligible to become a Bendigo Tourism member.  Memberships are open to any business working within the tourism sector, or others seeking involvement within the local industry.

What membership package is suitable for me?

Finding it hard to decide what membership is most suited for your business? Give us a call a call on 5434 6123 and one of our staff members will be happy to work through the options with you.

What is the duration of a Bendigo Tourism membership?

Bendigo Tourism memberships are for 12 months, beginning July 1 of each year, aligning with the annual financial calendar. However, you can sign up with Bendigo Tourism at any time, with pro-rata options available.

Can I sign up after the membership launch period?

Yes! Pro-rata memberships are also available from January of each year. For further information, please contact our Membership Officer.

Businesses who become Bendigo Tourism members between January – June will receive a pro-rata partnership with limited inclusions.

Who is the Bendigo Tourism board selection made up of?

The Bendigo Tourism Board represents the tourism industry and works in partnership with CoGB to offer a range of benefits and strategic direction. It is made up of six industry-elected representatives, and four Council-appointed individuals with a diverse set of skills and experience.
